| Product Description | Known for our top-notch packaging products and services, a client from the arts and crafts industry located in Marietta, Ohio, contacted Mar-Pak to design and manufacture a large series of custom printed polyethylene bags that would be employed in retail display settings. The bags’ design needed to conform properly to our customer supplied graphics, while also successfully showcasing their magnetic sheet products. Our client’s poly bags were constructed by converting two millimeter, high clarity polyethylene film into retail display packaging. Each bag measured 8.5 inches wide by 17 inches long when laid flat, six inches long when finished. After the bags were manufactured, we then employed process printing, using a wide variety of colors, to successfully recreate the high-quality graphics that were supplied to us by our client. Receiving formal proof approval before full production was completed, we manufactured over 156,000 poly bags, which all successfully fulfilled our customer’s high expectations for a superior quality retail display package. We delivered the pieces safely to our client on wooden pallets, rolling the bags into stacks of 8,500 to ensure safe and quick transfer. Using our advanced printing technology, we were able to supply our customer with high-quality polyethylene bags that properly showcased our client’s eye-catching graphics and magnetic sheet products, thereby meeting our customer’s high retail display standards. |
